Conveyance from (1) and (2) to (3) of a piece of land in the parish of Worksop measuring 10.560 acres; bounded by Kilton Road towards the north, and by Bracebridge towards the south east [property described in first schedule and edged pink on attached plan]; includes the right to use the portion of the proposed road coloured blue on the plan, provided that (3) pays a ratebale proportion of the costs of upkeep of the road until taken over by the local authority, together with the right for (3) to enter the portion of the proposed road coloured blue in order to construct the aforementioned road.

Schedule 2: Reservations to (1) and (2), namely all mines and minerals lying below a depth of 300 feet from the surface, and the reversion expectant on a mining lease; free passage of water and soil; the right to erect buildings on adjoining property belonging to (1) and (2); and the right to enter part of a proposed road contained within the property in question, being coloured yellow on plan.
Schedule 3: List of covanants by (3), namely to erect certain boundary fencing; not to use that part of the property coloured yellow on the plan for any purpose other than a road; not to use that part of the property edged pink for any purpose other than the erection of private dwellinghouses with an annual value of no less than £9; and not to erect any building beyond the building line of 20 feet.
