Second Party: The Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of the Borough of Worksop [Worksop Corporation].
Agreement between (1) and (2), whereby (1) has agreed to give up to (2) 13 square yards of land for the purpose of widening Newgate Street in Worksop [coloured pink on attached plan].
Reservations to (1): All mines and minerals lying below a depth of 300 feet from the surface; and free passage of water and soil.
Covenants by (2): Not to use the property in question for any purpose other than for widening Newgate Street; not to make any claim against (1) for betterment occasioned by the widening of the aforementioned highway; to remove the existing southern boundary wall; and to bear the legal costs of (1) in preparing this agreement.
