Agreemenyt between (1), (2) and (3), whereby (1) and (2) agree to let to (3) a piece of land measuring 1.323 acres in Worksop [coloured brown on attached plan]; running tenancy from 25 Mar. 1934, to be determined by at least 3 months notice by either party.
Reservations to (1) and (2): All mines and minerals; all timber; all game and wildfowl, and rights of way.
(1) agrees to: Pay the rent and all taxes except property tax and tithe rent charge; to keep the fence adjoining Castle Farm Lane in good repair; not to fell any trees without prior consent from (1) and (2); and to give up the land at the expiration of the tenancy.
Rent: £1 per annum.
