Conveyance from (1) and (2) to (3) of a parcel of land measuring 4386 square yards in Worksop; bounded towards the north east by the London and North Eatern Railway [property edged red on attached plan]; includes the Rectorial Tithes; also includes a right of way over the new roads coloured brown on the plan towards Sparken Hill; and the right to use the sewers, drains, watercourses, gas pipes, and electricity cables lying beneath Danesfield Road.
Subject to a mining lease with the Wigan Coal and Iron Company Limited dated 30 Oct. 1896, and varied by indenture dated 10 Dec. 1906.
Reservations to (1) and (2): All mines and minerals lying below a depth of 300 feet, and the reversion expectant on the mining lease; free passage of water and soil; and the right to erect buildings on adjoining property belonging to (1) and (2).
Indemnifies (3) from all corn rent charges.
