Conveyance from (1) and (2) to (3) of a parcel of land situated on the northern side of Shepherds Aveune in Worksop; measuring 7142 square yards [property edged red on attached plan].
Reservations to (1) and (2): All mines and minerals lying below a depth of 300 feet, and the reversion expectant on a mining lease; free passage of water and soil; and the right to erect buildings on adjoining property belonging to (1) and (2).
Discharges and indemnifies (3) from a Corn Rent Charge of 1 shilling and 9 pence, and from a Rectorial Tithe Rent Charge of 5 shillings.
