Second Party: The Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of the Borough of Worksop [Worksop Corporation].
Agreement between (1) and (2), whereby it is agreed that: The Company will within 1 year construct a road 36 feet wide from Lincoln Street to Radford Street on land coloured brown on attached plan; the cost of constructing the road amounting to £1919.16.3 shall be paid by (2) to (1).
Should (1) decide to lease out property adjoining the road for any business purpose other than agriculture, then (1) must pay to (2) a sum of money for every lineal foot of frontage upon the road.
