Conveyance from (1) and (2) to (3) of a piece of land known as Kilton Plantation situated on the eastern side of Kilton Hill in the parish of Worksop; measuring 34.516 acres [described in schedule 1 and edged red on attached plan].

Indemnifies (3) against a corn rent of 4 shillings and 2 pence payable to the Vicar of Worksop.

Suybject to a mining lease with the Wigan Coal and Iron Company Limited dated 30 Oct. 1896.

Consideration: £1200.

Schedule 1: Description of property in question.

Schedule 2: List of reservations to (1) and (2), namely all mines and minerals lying below a depth of 300 feet; the reversion expectant on the mining lease; free passage of water and soil; and the right to erect buildings on adjoining property belonging to (1) and (2).

Schedule 3: List of restrictions and stipulations, namely to erect and maintain certain boundary fencing; and not to use the property in question for any noisy or offensive trade or public house.

Schedule 4: List of documents to which (3) has the right of production.

Recitals: (a) fact that the 7th Duke had agreed to sell certain estates to (2) for the sum of £6050 by indenture dated 5 Apr. 1927 but no conveyance was executed; (b) fact that (2) paid the purchase money to the 7th Duke and was let into possession and receipt of the rents and profits of the estates; (c) fact that the 7th Duke made a will dated 22 Jul. 1927 and appointed (1) as executors; (d) fact that the 7th Duke died 30 May 1928; (e) fact that (1) and (2) have agreed to sell the property in question to (3).
