Schedule 2: List of reservations to (1) and (2), being all mines and minerals below a depth of 300 feet from the surface and the reversion expectant on a mining lease; free passage of water and soil; and the right to erect buildings on adjoining property belonging to (1) and (2).
Schedule 3: List of restrictions and stipulations agreed by (3), namely to erect certain boundary fencing; not to use the property for any noisy or offensive trade, public house or pigsty; and not to erect any building on the property without prior consent from (1) and (2).
