Second Party: Edmund Bessell Whalley, of Netherfield, Sparken, Worksop.

Agreement between (1) and (2), whereby (1) agrees to let to (2) a parcel of land adjoining a property known as 'Netherfield' in Worksop [coloured pink on attched plan]; includes a right of way between points marked A, B and C on plan, (2) having already made arrangements with Major Harold steel for a right of way over roadway C to D; also includes the right to run fowls on the field in the occupation of W. Raines.

Rent: £2 per annum payable half yearly.

Includes plan with the property in question coloured pink, and the right of way marked A, B, C and D and coloured yellow; shows the field in the occupation of W. Raines; provides names of properties on the western side of Sparken Hill, being Repton Lodge, Netherfield, un-named, White Gates, Sparkenholme, and Camelot [from north to south].
