Second Party: Henry P.A.D. [Pelham-Clinton] 7th Duke of Newcastle [under Lyne].
Agreement between (1) and (2), whereby (1) agrees to let to (2) exclusive right of coursing, shooting, fihing and sporting over lands in the parishes of Worksop and Bothamsall containing 2650.186 acres [described in schedule].
(2) agrees to exercise the rights in a proper manner; not to spoil any land, gates, fences, hedges, woods, crops etc; that all game killed by (2) belongs to (1) except any paid for at full market value.
Contains conditions re. payment of rent, and notice period for ending tenancy.
(1) agrees to pay all rates, taxes and assessments; to keep a good head of game on the property; and to maintain the property and pay adequate number of staff to preserve the amenities.
