Second Party: Albert George Ledger, of Netherton Road, Worksop.

Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a parcel of land on Lincoln Street in Worksop, measuring 672 square yards; includes a part moiety of Lincoln Street and right of way over Lincoln Street from Cheapside; states that (2) must pay part of the costs for constructing and maintaining Lincoln Street until taken over by the local authority.

Subject to a mining lease with the Wigan Coal and Iron Company Limited dated 30 Oct. 1896, and varied by indenture dated 10 Dec. 1906.

Reservations to (1): All mines and minerals lying below the depth of 300 feet from the surface, and the reversion expectant on a mining lease; free passage of water and soil; the right to erect buildings on adjoining land belonging to (1); and a right of way along the part moiety of Lincoln Street.

(1) covenants to indemnify (1) from payment of corn rent of 3 pence payable to the Vicar of Worksop.

Consideration: £106 and 3 shillings.

Schedule 1: Particulars of restrictions and stipulations, namely to erect certain boundary fencing; to pave and maintain the part moiety of Lincoln Street until taken over by the local authority; not to construct any kind of building or erection apart from bay windows, porticoes, fences or walls beyond the building line of 9 feet; and not to use the property for any purpose other than to erect a single dwelling of a value of no less than £26 per annum.
