Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a parcel of land at Worksop; bounded by Cheapside to the north and Lincoln Street to the east [coloured red on attached plan]; includes a part moiety of Lincoln Street, and a right of way across the whole of Lincolns Street.

Subject to a mining lease with the Wigan Coal and Iron Company dated 30 Oct. 1896, and varied by indenture dated 10 Dec. 1906; also subject to an agreement with Frederick Hopkinson and Humphrey Parry for the right to have windows and lights opening onto the property in question dated 24 Feb. 1919.

Reservations to (1): All mines and minerals; free passage of water and soil; the right to erect buildings on adjoining property belonging to (1); and a right of way along the conveyed moiety of Lincoln Street.

Discharges (2) from all Rectorial Tithe or Tithe Rent Charge payable to (1); (1) covenants to pay the Corn Rent of 4 pence per annum payable to the Vicar of Worksop.

Consideration: £201 and 5 shillings.

Schedule 1: List of documents to which (2) has the right of production.
Schedule 2: List of covenants by (2), namely to surface the part moiety of Lincoln Street until taken over by the local authority; not to erect any building or open any light onto the southern side of the property within 10 feet of adjoining property; to erect certain boundary fencing; and not to carry on any noisy or noxious trade.

Includes plan with the property in question coloured red; shows Cheapside and Lincoln Street; pencil note states that the property measures 620 square yards.
