Agreement between (1) and (2), whereby (1) agrees to lease to (2) 5440 square yards of land in Worksop on the western side of the road from Worksop to Ollerton, including buildings agreed to be erected upon the land; to be held for a term of 99 years from 25 Mar. 1924.
States that (2) must erect a messuage and outbuildings within 12 months at a cost of at least £3500, to the satisfaction of (1)'s surveyor; also (2) must erect certain boundary fencing.
