Second Party: Worksop Urban District Council.
Agreement between (1) and (2) for the exchange of land, whereby (1) agrees to convey to (2) firstly 2 acres of land coloured pink and yellow on attached plan, and secondly a parcel of land adjoining Priorwell Road, and also coloured pink on plan; (2) agrees to convey to (1) a parcel of land in Worksop coloured green on attached plan.
States that the exchange of land is to be completed immediately after the proposed road [Memorial Avenue] shown on the plan has been constructed.
Upon completion of the exchange (2) shall lease to (1) all property coloured yellow on plan; for agricultural purposes connected with Priory Mill Farm only; to be held for a term of 99 years for a peppercorn rent.
