Reservations to (1): All mines and minerals; free passage of water and soil; and the right to erect buildings on ajoining land belonging to (1).
Contains a list of covenants by (2).
States that (1) may give 12 calendar months notice to resume possession of and part of the property in question for the purpose of making roads or building; in which case (1) must either substitute alternative property or reduce the rent accordingly.
Also states a number of conditions relating to the final year of the lease.
Rent: £17 per annum by equal half yearly payments.
Includes plan with the property in question edged pink; shows Netherton Road, also shows a footpath[?] running along the north eastern edge of the property.
Note that pencil annotations state that the lease was subsequently surrendered.
