Conveyance from (1) to (2) of three and a half acres of land at Bracebridge in Worksop; bounded by the road from Bracebridge to Kilton in the west, and by a private road leading to the sewage works in the south.

Reservations to (1): All minerals below a depth of 300 feet from the surface; the freehold reversion expectant on the aforementioned lease; free passage of water and soil; and the right to erect buildings on adjoining property belonging to (1).

Subject to a mining lease with the Wigan Coal and Iron Company dated 30 Oct. 1896, and varied by indenture dated 10 Dec. 1906; also subject to an existing tenancy; also subject to any rights of the London and North Eastern Railway Company affecting the property.
