Lease and release from (1) to (3) of a woodyard and garden measuring 872 square yards abutting upon West Gate and Norfolk Street in Worksop [as shown on plan]; declares that no wife of (3) will be entitled to dower out of the property.

Recitals: (a) fact that property in question and other property was conveyed by lease and release dated 12-13 Mar. 1839 to be held in trust by (1) until sold; (b) fact that (1) have agreed to sell the property in question to (3).

Includes plan in margin which shows the property shaded pink; property is bounded in the east by Norfolk Street, in the west by West Gate, and in the north by the old turnpike road [to Mansfield? now Newcastle Avenue?].
