Second Party: Harold Steel of Repton Lodge, Sparken, Worksop.

Agreement between (1) and (2), whereby (1) agrees to let to (2) two pieces of land coloured red on plan [note that plan is not present], includes a right of way over a field currently in the occupation of William Raines to get to the property in question; also includes the right to run his fowls over the field in the occupation of William Raines except for times when the field is closed for hay.

Recitals: (c) fact that (2) has granted permission for (1) and his lessees to use roadway marked C to D on plan.

Rent: 25 shillings per annum.
