Agreement between (1) and (2), whereby (1) agrees to let to (2) property coloured pink on plan [note that plan is not present], including a right of way along a road leading to the main Worksop to Ollerton Road.

States that permission for right of way has been granted by Harold Steel the lessee of Repton Lodge.

Rent: £1 per annum.

The deed has also been used to draft an agreement between the duke and Captain W.H. Allen.
