Reservations to (1): All mines and minerals below a depth of 300 feet from the surface; all freehold reversion expectant on the mining lease; the free passage of water and soil; the rectorial tithe rent charge; the right to erect buildings on adjoining property; and the right of way along the moiety of the proposed road .
