Reservations to (1): All mines and minerals; the free passage of water and soil; the right to erect buildings on adjoining property; and all freehold reversion expectant on the mining lease.

(2) covenants to maintain a certain boundary fence marked A to B on plan; and not to use the property as a public house.

Consideration: £1800.
