Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a piece of land situated on Kilton Road in the parish of Worksop; measuring 1500 square yards, including a moiety of a proposed road [shown on plan].

Consideration: £225.

Schedule 1: List of reservations to (1), namely all minerals, free passage of water and soil; the right to erect buildings on adjoining property; and a right of way along the moiety of the proposed road.

Schedule 2: List of covenants by (2), namely to erect certain boundary walls and fences; not to use any building for any noisy, noxious or offensive trade, or pig sty, but may be used for a public house or tavern; to pay part of the cost of constructing and maintaining the proposed road until taken over by the public authorities, and to pay streetage charge on the widening of Kilton Road; not to erect any building unless plans have been approved by (1); and not to erect any building or other erection outside of the building lines.

Schedule 3: List of documents to which (2) has the right of production.

Includes plan with the property in question edged pink; shows the proposed new street, and a strip of land to be used for widening Kilton Road.
