Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a parcel of land situated on the south side of Newcastle Avenue in Worksop; measuring 2070 square yards [edged with pink on attached plan]; includes a right of way along an occupation road abutting on the eastern side of the property.

Reservations to (1): All mines and minerals; free passage of water and soil; the right to erect buildings on adjoining land.

(2) covenants to notify (2) should any items of antiquarian value be found, and to leave the items undisturbed.

Additional covenants by (2): to erect and maintain certain boundary walls and fences; to pay part of the cost for maintaining the occupation road; not to use the property as a fair ground or for any trade which may prove to be a nuisance, but states that property may be used for a cinema, theatre, billiard hall, etc; not to erect any shelter which juts into the occupation road or to allow anybody to loiter in the occupation road.

(1) indemnifies (2) from all death duties payable on the death of the late Dowager Duchess of Newcastle who died 8 May 1913.
