Conveyance from (1) to (2) of 27 perches of land in the parish of Worksop [coloured red on plan], including all minerals within 300 feet of the surface.

Consideration: £35 paid by (2) to (1).

Conveyance from (2) to (1) of 27 perches of land in the parish of Worksop [coloured blue on plan]; reserves all minerals to (2).

Consideration: £35 paid by (1) to (2).

(2) covenants with (1) that: (1) has right of way along an occupation road which passes underneath the railway lines; (1) may receive all rents and royalties payable within 2 years from 1 Jul. 1918 in respect to property coloured red on plan; and to erect boundary fencing.

(1) covenants with (2) that (2) may receive all rents and royalties payable within 2 years from 1 Jul. 1918 in respect to property coloured blue on plan.

Includes plan with 'give and take' line running alongside the railway tracks; does not appear to show right of way referred to above; shows road from Worksop to Osberton Hall and road to Cheapside.
