Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a parcel of land containing 4 dwelling houses and accompanying outbuildings on Kilton Road in Worksop [coloured pink on plan]; measuring 840 square yards including moieties of two private roads [shown in brown].

Subject to a mining lease with the Wigan Coal and Iron Company dated 30 Oct. 1896, and varied by indenture dated 10 Dec. 1906.

Reservations to (1): All minerals lying below a depth of 300 feet from the surface; the reversion expectant on the aforementioned mining lease; free passage of water and soil; the right to erect buildings on adjoining property; a right of way and the right to lay pipes and cables under property coloured blue on plan [being part of Kilton Road].

(1) covenants to indemnify (2) from payment of 10 shillings Corn Rent.

Schedule 2: Title deeds to which (2) has the right of production.
