Recitals: (a) fact that this conveyance is supplemental to a principal indenture between (1) and (2) of 3 acres 1 rood and 2 perches of land, dated 25 Apr. 1913 [see Ne 6 D 2/48/211]; (b) fact that since the execution of the principal indenture it has been ascertained that the aforementioned property only measures 2 acres 3 roods and 6 perches, so consequently (1) has agreed to convey a parcel of land to (2) for free in compensation; (c) fact that (1) is seised of the property in question.
