Agreement between (1) and (2), whereby (1) agrees to let to (2) a farm with buildings and land; measuring 59 acres and 39 perches [described in an appended schedule].
For the term of 1 year from 25 Mar. 1915 and afterwards from year to year until determined by notice given in writing by either party on or before 29 Sep. of any year, to end tenancy on 25 Mar. following.
Reservations to (1): all minerals, all timber, all game and wildfowl including shooting rights, rights of way accross the farm to property belonging to (1).
Lists agreements by (2) concerning payment of rent, maintenance of property, insurance, cultivation of the land, and various conditions relating to the last year of the tenancy and quitting the property.
Rent: £75 per annum, payable quarterly.
Includes a plan with the property in question coloured yellow, green and pink; the main farm buildings are situated near Priorwell Road in Worksop opposite the Abbey; a proposed road [?] is edged in red ink [Memorial Avenue?]; a large area of farmland is situated near Kilton Plantation, and another large area of farmland is situated between Netherton Road and Windmill Road.
Also includes a subsequent memorandum for the tenancy of 2 further fields currently occupied by Edward Nicholson, dated 2 Dec. 1915
