Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a piece of land in Worksop measuring 3 acres 1 rood and 2 perches; bounded by Dock Road, a coal wharf, Cresswell Holme, and the Chesterfield Canal in the south [being land surrounding Cresswell Holme workings].
Reservations to (1): All mines and minerals beneath a depth of 50 yards from the surface; the free passage of water and soil; the right to erect buildings on adjoining property; and all exisiting rights of way, light, water and other easements.
Conveyance is subject to the following: Chief rents; all rights of way, light, water etc especially concerning the 2 sewers passing through the property; all rights of the Chesterfield Canal Company; a mining lease with the Shireoaks Colliery Company dated 5 Aug. 1890.
