Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a piece of land in Worksop measuring 3 acres 1 rood and 2 perches; bounded by Dock Road, a coal wharf, Cresswell Holme, and the Chesterfield Canal in the south [being land surrounding Cresswell Holme workings].

Reservations to (1): All mines and minerals beneath a depth of 50 yards from the surface; the free passage of water and soil; the right to erect buildings on adjoining property; and all exisiting rights of way, light, water and other easements.

Conveyance is subject to the following: Chief rents; all rights of way, light, water etc especially concerning the 2 sewers passing through the property; all rights of the Chesterfield Canal Company; a mining lease with the Shireoaks Colliery Company dated 5 Aug. 1890.

Covenants by (2): Not to place any window or door with 5 feet of the boundary of the property with other property belonging to (1); to erect boundary fencing between points marked AB, CD, EF, and GH on the plan; not to use the property for any noxious or offensive trade.

Consideration: £1100.

Includes plan with the property in question edged pink; shows the Cresswell Holme workings, the Chesterfield Canal, Sandhill Street, Cresswell Street, Manvers Street, Clumber Place, Duke Place, Dock Road, and Portland Street.
