Conveyance from (1) to (2) and (3) of a piece of land in Worksop measuring 3547 square yards; bounded on the eastern side by a proposed road [Holles Street]; to be used by (2) for the site for a Church of England School.

Subject to a mining lease with the Wigan Coal and Iron Company dated 30 Oct. 1896 and varied by indenture dated 10 Dec. 1906.

Reservations to (1): All mines and minerals; the reversion expectant on the aforementioned mining lease; free passage of water and soil; right of way along the proposed new road; Rectorial Tithe Rent Charge; the right to erect buildings on adjoining land belonging to (1).

(1) covenants to build and maintain the proposed new road at his own expense from the junction with Dennis Street southwards, being the area coloured brown on the accompanying plan.

Schedule 1: List of particulars of Special Provisions relating to the use of the property as a school.

Schedule 2: List of covenants by (2), namely to erect and maintain certain boundary walls; to build a school; and to erect any buildings at least 9 feet back from the eastern boundary.

Schedule 3: List of deeds to which (2) has the right of production.

Includes plan with the property in question edged pink; the proportion of the new road to be built by (1) is coloured brown; plan also shows Newgate Street and Dennis Street.
