Tenancy agreement between (1) and (2), whereby (1) agrees to let to (2) a parcel of land used as garden ground situated on the eastern side of Kilton Road at Worksop, and on the northern side of the Great Central Railway lines [shown on plan]; measuring 334 square yards.

Tenancy to continue from quarter to quarter, until 3 months notice given.

Contains various conditions relating to payment of taxes; cultivation of the land and maintenance of all fencing, ditches; payemnt of rent; etc.

Rent: 5 shillings per annum payable yearly.
