Agreement between (1) and (2) being supplemental to an agreement for the supply of water to Clown Rural District dated 14 Jun. 1910 [see Ne 6 D 2/48/201], whereby is has been agreed that (1) shall pay a royalty to (2) for water supplied to Clown Rural District Council at the rate of 7 eigths of 1 penny for every thousand gallons of water supplied up to 500,000 gallons per day; rates to be reconsidered after 30 years.
