Content Description	First Party: Henry P.A.D. [Pelham-Clinton] 7th Duke of Newcastle [under Lyne]. Second Party: The Wigan Coal and Iron Company Limited. Third Party: Rural District Council of Clown, Derbyshire. Agreement between (1), (2) and (3), whereby (2) agrees to supply water from Manton Colliery to (3); not to exceed 500,000 gallons of water per day; to be paid at the rate of 3 pence per 1,000 gallons. Contains various other stipulations re. rates of payment, maintenance of pipes, etc. Includes plan showing the route of pipes between Manton Colliery and the Meter House.
