Exchange of property between (1) and (2) as follows:
Conveyance from (1) to (2) and (3) of a parcel of land in Worksop, situated near to a new street [Dennis Street] leading south from Newgate Street [described in the first schedule and edged blue on plan].
Conveyance from (2) and (3) to (1) of a parcel of land in Worksop, bounded partly by the new street [Dennis Street] and partly by Newgate Street in the north [described in the second schedule and edged green on plan], includes a right of way along the new street.
(2) covenants to build substanial brick walls along boundaries marked A-B and B-C-D on plan, within 3 months.
Includes various other covenants.
Recitals: (a) fact that (1) is seized of property described in the first schedule; (b) fact that Kirk Dennis was seized of property described in the second schedule, and appointed (2), George Henry Hall and George Watson Garside as trustees of his will; (c) fact that Kirk Dennis died 4 May 1899; (d) fact that George Watson Garside died 13 Apr. 1906, and James Snow Whall was appointed as a trustee in his place; (e) fact that all duties, expenses, debts and legacies payable on the death of Kirk Dennis have been paid out; (f) fact that the statutory assent to the devise of the real estate has been given; (g) fact that (1) and (2) have agreed to exchange the property contained in the first and second schedule.
