Lease and release from (1) and (2) to (3) and (4)of a cottage and garden in East Gate at Worksop, measuring 116 square yards; currently in the occupation of (3).

To be held in trust by (4) for the use of (3).

States that no wife of (3) shall be entitled to dower out of the property.

Consideration: £6.

Recitals: (a) recites lease and release dated 12-13 Mar. 1839; (b) fact that (1) has agreed to sell the property in question to (3) with the consent of (2).
