Second Party: Alexander John Hollely, wood turner and timber merchant, of the Ryton Sawing and Turning Mills, Canal Road, Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

Conveyance from (1) to (2) of 2707 square yards of land at Worksop between the River Ryton and Canch Walk [shown on plan]; includes the interest in half of the bed of the River Ryton adjoining the property in question.

Subject to payment of corn rent to the vicar of Worksop, and payment of Rectorial tithe rent charge payable to (1); also subject to any water rights, and also to a mining lease with the Wigan Coal and Iron Company Ltd dated 30 Oct. 1896 and varied by indenture dated 10 Dec. 1906.

Free passage of water and soil, and all minerals reserved to (1).

Proviso that if (2) enters into possession of the property in question before the completion of the sale of adjoining property to the Urban District Council of Worksop, then (2) must temporarily fence in the property on the eastern side.

Proviso that (2) shall not have any right to light or air which may restrict the use of adjoining property belonging to (1).

(2) covenants to maintain certain boundary fencing.

(1) acknowledges (2)'s right to the production of title deeds listed in an appended schedule.

Includes plan with the property in question edged pink.
