Release and surrender from (1) to (2) of all minerals to a depth of 300 feet from the surface underlying land in the parishes of Worksop, Elkesley and West Drayton [shown on attached plan and listed in schedule], being part of the minerals currently leased from (2) to (1) by indenture dated 30 Oct. 1896; includes the surrender of all rights of entry.

States that the powers in the aforementioned lease remain in force regarding minerals lying at a depth of more than 300 feet from the surface.

Recitals: (a) fact that all minerals underlying property in question were leased from (2) to (1) by indenture dated 30 Oct. 1896; (b) fact that (1) has agreed to surrender all minerals to a depth of 300 feet from the surface of the land to (2).

Includes two plans as follows:

Plan No. 1 shows the surface land in the parish of Worksop coloured yellow, being an extensive area of land around Worksop, Kilton and Manton; shows Kilton Plantation, Castle Hill, Bridge House, etc.

Plan No 2 shows the surface land in the parishes of Elkesley and West Drayton coloured yellow, being a small area of land on the border of the two parishes.
