Agreement between (1) and (2), whereby (1) agrees to position a cast iron distance plate measuring 11 inches by 10 inches to properties belonging to (1) in Park Street, Netherton Road, Cheapside, and Newcastle Avenue; to be paid for and maintained by (2).

Indemnifies (1) from any claims.

1 months notice to be given by either party to end the agreement.

Rent: 2 shillings per annum to be paid by (2) on 24 Jun.
