Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a piece of land containing a warehouse and sheds abutting the Great Central Railway lines at Worksop on the south-western side; measuring 1 acre and 435 square yards.

Includes a right of way along an existing road leading from Gateford Road to the property in question.

Subject to an exisiting lease of the property in question from (1) to (2) for a term of 21 years from 25 Mar. 1888, created by indenture dated 17 May 1888; (1) indemnifies (2) from an annual rent charge of £600 [see recitals below].

Reserves all mines and minerals to (1).

(2) covenants to pay a share of the maintenance costs for the shared road and underlying sewers and drains.

Consideration: £770.

Recitals: (a) fact that (1) is seised of the property in question, which is subject to an annual rent charge of £600 payable to Lord Edward William Pelham-Clinton, and also to a lease with (2) for a term of 21 years; (b) fact that (1) has agreed to sell the property to (2).
