Tenancy agreement between (1) and (2), whereby (1) agrees to let to (2) the right to fish the Chesterfield and Stockwith Canal between Turner Wood Lock [at Shireoaks] and Bracebridge [Lock at Worksop]; commences on 1 Feb. 1904 and continues year to year until 6 months notice given by either party.
(1) agrees that (2) may sub-let the fishing rights to any association which may exist or be formed in connection with any Licensed Houses in the district.
Rent: £2 per annum.
