Lease from (1) to (2) of a parcel of land situated at Sparken Hill in the parish of Worksop, upon which a dwelling house and outbuildings has recently been erected; bounded towards the east by the road leading from Worksop to Ollerton [details of other boundaries provided]; for a term of 99 years from 25 Mar. 1902.

Reserves all mines and minerals to (1).

(2) covenants to erect and maintain all boundary fencing, and also to maintain the dwelling house and premises in the manner specified.

Includes various other conditions re. payment of rent; notice period; removal of plants, shrubs and soil; erection of flues, insurance, etc.

Rent: £18 and 12 shillings for the first year, and £37 and 4 shillings per annum for each subsequent year.
