Also conveyance from (2) to (1) of a parcel of land near Retford Road in Worksop measuring 799 square yards; includes messuage, outbuildings and a garden; formerly in the occupation of Aaron Foster [coloured blue on accompanying plan]; (2) covenants to remove all buildings from the property within 12 months, and to erect and maintain boundary walls/fencing between points A to B, and B to C.
