Exchange of property between (1) and (2) as follows:

Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a parcel of land situated near Retford Road in Worksop, being staked out from a field in the occupation of Mr J. Beard, and measuring 774 square yards; bounded in the north by the Mill Race [details of other boundaries provided]; also another parcel of land situated on Retford Road, being staked out from a pathway in the occupation of Aaron Foster, and measuring 25 square yards [both parcels coloured red on accompanying plan]; reserves all minerals to (1)

Also conveyance from (2) to (1) of a parcel of land near Retford Road in Worksop measuring 799 square yards; includes messuage, outbuildings and a garden; formerly in the occupation of Aaron Foster [coloured blue on accompanying plan]; (2) covenants to remove all buildings from the property within 12 months, and to erect and maintain boundary walls/fencing between points A to B, and B to C.

Reserves all minerals to (2).

Includes plan showing property conveyed from (1) to (2) in red and property conveyed from (2) to (1) in blue; old boundary of pathway shown in green; also shows the Mill Race, the road to Bracebridge, and 'Jesus House'.
