Second Party: The Urban District Council of Worksop.

Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a parcel of land situated on the southern side of the River Ryton at Worksop, measuring 1 acre 1 rood and half a perch [shown on plan]; property formerly in the occupation of William Bramer.

Reserves all mines and minerals to (1), including the right to work the minerals without disturbing the surface of the property in question.

Conveyance is subject to all water rights, and to the control of the owners of the Chesterfield and Stockwith Canal over the water in the Canch Feeder

(2) covenants to erect certain boundary fencing.

Consideration: £125.6.3.

Includes plan with the property in questionoutlined in pink; the River Ryton mill race and Priory mill dam feeder are coloured blue; gives names of adjoining landowners.
