Agreement between (1) and (2), whereby (1) agrees to let to (2) Manton Farm in the parish of Worksop, measuring 344 acres 1 rood and 8 perches; for a term of 1 year from 25 Mar. 1898, and afterwards from year to year.

Contains a list of 19 conditions for the tenancy.

Includes attached correspondence relating to the tenancy agreement dated 1897-1898.
