Second Party: Mary Jackson, wdow, of Westgate House, Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
Agreement between (1) and (2), whereby (1) agrees to lease to (2) a parcel of land on Sparken Hill at Worksop measuring 6270 square yards square yards, upon which a dwellinghouse and outbuildings have recently been erected; bounded towards the east by the road from Worksop to Ollerton [details of other boundaries provided]; for a term of 99 years.
(2) agrees to build a dwellinghouse on the property for a sum of at least £1000, to be finished by 29 Sep. 1899.
Rent: £13.1.3 for the first year, and £26.2.6 per annum for every subsequent year.
