Conveyance from (1) to (2) of 2 parcels of land near Worksop Station, situated between the railway and the road from Worksop to Kilton [Kilton Road] near the junction with the road leading from Worksop to Blyth; parcels measure 1 acre and 27 perches and 1 acre and 7 and a half perches respectively [shown on attached plan]; currently in the occupations of George Holberry and Messrs Warner.

Reserves all mines and minerals to (1).

(1) indemnifies (2) from payment of a £600 annual rent charge on the property [and other property].

(1) acknowledges (2)'s right to the production of title deeds listed in an appended schedule.
