Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a parcel of land on Gateford Road in Worksop, measuring 4 acres 2 roods and 1 perch; currently in the occupation of Kirk Dennis [gives ordnance survey reference and details of boundaries].

Reserves all mines and minerals to (1), without precluding (2) from sinking saw pits or erecting dwelling houses or other buildings and machinery for trade purposes.

(1) indemnifies (2) from payment of the £600 annual rent charge on the property and other property [see recitals below].

(1) acknowledges (2)'s right to the production of title deeds listed in an appended schedule.

Recitals: (a) recites re-settlement of the Newcastle Estates dated 29 Sep. 1885, and fact that certain estates are subject to an annual rent charge of £600; (b) recites deed-poll dated 7 Oct. 1896; (c) fact that (1) has agreed to sell the property in question to (2).
