Reserves all mines and minerals to (1).

Covenants by (2): To erect and maintain certain boundary fencing; and also not to erect any building other than a chapel, caretakers, cottage mortuary or any other buildings necessary [for a public cemetary].

(1) acknowledges (2)'s right to the production of title deeds contained in an appended schedule.
