Lease from (1) to (2) of exclusive right of fishing in the Chesterfield Canal from Bracebridge in the parish of Worksop to the point where the Midland Railway crosses the canal in the west; for the term of one year, and so on from year to year.

Covenants by (2) relating to: the payment of rent; the preservation of this stretch of the canal from trespassers; and prohibitation of letting out the fishing rights for commercial gain.

Rent: 5 shillings.
