Second Party: Arthur Staniforth esquire of Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

Lease from (1) to (2) of a parcel of land on Sparken Hill in the parish of Worksop containing a dwellinghouse and outbuildings recently built by (2); bounded by the road from Worksop to Ollerton on the eastern side of the property [details of other boundaries provided]; for a term of 99 years from 25 Mar. 1894.

Reserves all mines and minerals to (1)

Contains covenants by (2) concerning the payment of rent, payment of taxes, maintenance of the property, etc.

Rent: £17 and 3 shillings per annum by equal half yearly payments.

Includes plan with the property in question shaded pink, being 4116 square yards of land containing a dwellinghouse; shows Sparken Hill.
