Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a parcel of glebe land of the benefice of Worksop; measuring 1121 square yards in total; bounded on the eastern side by by Prior Well [Priorswell] Road [gives details of other boundaries]; states that the property in question is the intended site of a diversion to Priorswell Road and is currently in the occupation of (2).

Reserves all mines and minerals to (1).

Consideration: £85 payable to the Board of Agriculture.

Recitals: (a) fact that (1) has agreed to sell the property in question to (2) under the Glebe Lands Act 1888; (b) fact that approval for the sale has been given by the Board of Agriculture provided that (2) pays all expenses associated with the sale; (c) fact that (2) has agreed to pay all expenses.

Includes plan with the property in question shaded pink; shows Prior Well Road and the Priory Church.
