Recitals: (a) fact that (1) has agreed to sell the property in question to (2) under the Glebe Lands Act 1888; (b) fact that approval for the sale has been given by the Board of Agriculture provided that (2) pays all expenses associated with the sale; (c) fact that (2) has agreed to pay all expenses.
